After becoming close friends and a lovely Valentines Day dinner at Cactus Jack's, we started going out in February 2008. A short while later we went to France for our first holiday together and moved into our own place in Salisbury, complete with cat: Fliss.

The Christmas Tree Video

We love Christmas and thought it would be fun to make a video of us decorating our Christmas Tree. We had no idea how popular this would be, turning into an annual event which family and friends love. It's now in it's 4th year!

New York & Hurricane Sandy

29th October 2012

An amazing holiday, a year in the making, was almost spoiled due to the unexpected arrival of Hurricane Sandy. Luckily, it didn't affect us that much and we had an amazing time in New York - a trip made complete with great food, views and a visit to the 'Friends' building.

Moving to Bath

13th July 2013

Having wanted to move from Salisbury, we decided on Bath in 2012 and finally made the move during the heatwave of 2013. It came complete with Emily's new job as part of the RUH membership team and Jack's new office space in the city center.

The Proposal

11th January 2014

On one gloriously sunny Saturday morning, we continued exploring our new home with a walk around Prior Park. We got engaged on the Palladium Bridge overlooking Bath. That evening, we went to our favourite restaurant and celebrated with champagne.

The bar has a card machine. To avoid upsetting the locals, please avoid driving through the village center after 10pm. You can leave your car in the car park and collect it the next morning.
